The room was quiet and peaceful. The location was excellent for transport, restaurants, bars, music venues. The station was easily within walking distance. The rooms furniture was very comfortable and relaxing. I didn't need the staff but they were always willing to help.

It was close to underground shops and train station 🚉. Also I left something behind in the room and they'll keep it until I go back. The hotel and staff go beyond expectations. ❤️

There was 24 hr reception and the staff spoke reasonable English. It was very clean, had a large bedroom with comfortable bed and it was quite soundproof. Bathroom was great and the breakfast was fabulous.

Loved the Onsen. The rooms are a little dated, didn’t bother us. But clean. Staff friendly.
